Tentang
Our Cooking program starts from tour to traditional Balinese Market (available at morning class only), Trekking to rice paddy to learn about Balinese farming method. Then, we take you to our cooking venue, to learn about how to make a Balinese daily offering (Canang Sari) and start the cooking class. At the end of the class, you will enjoy the food that you cook surrounded by rice field.

- Green pumpkin soup (Vegetable soup with pumpkin)
- Pepes Ikan (Grilled fish in banana leaf)
- Lawar (Mixed vegetables with coconut sauce)

Great fun, great food
Wayan and her team guided us through a range of dishes to make with good humour and passion. We loved the cultural aspects at the beginning of the class, and the hands on approach. A great end to our Bali trip and highly recommended.

Amazing class with an amazing teacher, highly recommend!
Very in depth class, 3 hours where you learn about the ingredients, learn how to make spice mixtures and sauces, then make a variety of different dishes including a dessert. At the end you get to eat everything and take home a recipe book. Highly recommend if you want to spend half a day (morning or afternoon) learning about authentic indonesian/balinese food!

Delicious introduction to Balinese food
We had fun helping with preparation and cooking. Much of it was pre-prepared which is how we got through so many dishes in a short period of time. Our group of 4 were the only participants in this class. The teacher was kind and patient

Funny and interesting experience
We had fun and we learnt with a good and nice chef teacher.
The market was also interesting, we went in a small group and that was only for us, we did enjoy it a lot and good food!
