We specialize in authentic and healthy home dishes, with high quality ingredients. We can tailor traditional menus to vegetarian/vegan, gluten-free, lactose-intolerant or special diets, etc.

We will cook 2-3 dishes from scratch. The below are some of dishes we offer. If you would like to learn to make something specific, please let us know at the time of booking.

• Bún thịt nướng/ Bún bò Nam Bộ: Stir-fried beef/grilled chicken/pork noodles.
• Bánh xèo: Pancake with chicken/pork/prawn
• Phở gà: Chicken noodles soup
• Chả giò: Fried spring rolls with chicken/pork
• Bánh cuốn: Rice crepe rolls
• Gỏi: Mango/papaya/pomelo/cabbage salads
• Gà sả ớt: Chicken with lemon grass and chilli.
• Canh chua: Sour soup with fish/ shrimp

We can create plant-based versions of all the dishes.
