After honing his craft in Australia, Ryan returned to Vietnam to enrich the country’s vibrant coffee culture. In just 90 minutes, you'll try and have a hands-on experience of 4 different Vietnam's coffee classics —from robust Cà Phê Đen to creamy Cà Phê Sữa Đá and Bac Siu to indulgent Egg Coffee.

As you savour each cup, Ryan will unveil Vietnamese coffee's rich history and culture. After delighting your taste buds, you’ll join a hands-on workshop to craft four quintessential Vietnamese coffees, exploring their subtle yet distinct nuances and learning to truly appreciate each one. • Welcome & Introduction to Vietnamese Coffee (5 minutes)

Step into the world of Vietnamese coffee with a warm welcome from your expert guide - a native of Vietnam coffee guide.
Your guide will introduce the concept of coffee omakase—a four-course tasting that moves from traditional brews to modern creations, with each cup revealing a piece of Vietnam’s coffee culture. This isn’t just coffee; it’s a journey.

• Guests will sample a curated selection of famous Vietnamese coffees with vegan ingredients: (20 minutes)

The coffee guide will guide guests through each coffee, discussing flavor profiles, brewing methods, and the differences between each.

• Hands-On Coffee Making (25 minutes)

You'll not only sip but also learn how to make Cà Phê Đen, Cà Phê Sữa Đá, Bac Siu and last but not least, a Salted Coffee. (Guidance will be provided on brewing techniques and customizing their coffee to suit personal tastes.)

• Wrap-Up, gift certificate and Q&A sharing
