Cooking Classes With Giada

Het leukste was dat ik bij Giada thuis werd uitgenodigd en meer te weten kwam over haar familie. Ze was goed georganiseerd en gastvrij. Ze was erg betrokken en beantwoordde al mijn vragen. Het eten was heerlijk en makkelijk na te maken.

Onze kookervaring met Giada in haar huis in Cortona was werkelijk een van de hoogtepunten van onze reis naar Italië.

We hebben een fantastische ervaring gehad met Giada tijdens haar kookworkshop pasta, panzanella en tiramisu! De perfecte balans tussen instructie en zelf koken zorgde ervoor dat iedereen de kans kreeg om te leren en actief deel te nemen. We hebben allerlei praktische keukentechnieken opgedaan die we zeker nog eens zullen gebruiken. De workshop was ook erg kindvriendelijk. Giada hield een prettig tempo aan, waardoor het boeiend was voor zowel volwassenen als kinderen, zonder dat het ooit gehaast aanvoelde. De locatie was werkelijk prachtig. We hadden geluk met de timing in de zomer en werden omringd door duizenden bloeiende zonnebloemen, wat het een schilderachtige plek maakte om te koken. Na afloop vonden we het heerlijk om in de sfeervolle eetruimte beneden te genieten van de maaltijd die we samen hadden bereid. Alles wat we hadden gemaakt was verrukkelijk. Dit was een van de hoogtepunten van onze reis en we kijken ernaar uit om deze gerechten thuis na te maken. Een absolute aanrader voor iedereen die op zoek is naar een authentieke, leuke en onvergetelijke Toscaanse ervaring!

Giada is a fantastic cook and was very welcoming and knowledgeable. Very Hands-On and we learned the skills to go home and make it again. The extra treat of the fried calzone dessert just topped off the day. We would most highly recommend you try this and the location is beautiful

Giada is a fantastic cook and a wonderful person to spend time with. We not only learn how to make the focaccia and pizza, but we learned a lot of other things about Italian cooking and recipes that she shared. One of the best experiences we've had on this trip and when we would do again

Een heerlijke middag en lunch met het maken van pasta en twee eenvoudige sauzen. Ik heb genoten van de duidelijke instructies en de geweldige tips van lokale winkeliers om heerlijke gerechten voor vrienden te maken, zelfs in een voor mij onbekende keuken.

We had a wonderful time cooking with Giada. She welcomed us into her home and shared her family’s recipes. The instructions were step-by-step, hands-on, and fun. Would recommend to all.

Ik ging met mijn man en we hebben het ontzettend leuk gehad. Giada was hartelijk, geduldig en legde alles duidelijk uit. Ze liet ons zelfs variaties op hetzelfde recept zien om de smaken en ingrediënten te variëren. We hebben genoten en veel geleerd over de Italiaanse keuken. We vonden het een fantastische ervaring en kunnen het van harte aanbevelen!

We hebben met ons gezin (dochters van 19, 13 en 6 jaar) een pastakookcursus gevolgd en iedereen vond het geweldig. Het was ontzettend leuk en we zouden het graag nog eens doen als we teruggaan. Het was het hoogtepunt van onze reis. En ze was ook erg behulpzaam met informatie over de omgeving.

We had 5 of us girls and she included all of us and made sure we each got turns helping and preparing the meal. The food turned out phenomenal. We had gorgeous views, endless laughs and fantastic and delicious food. What more could you ask for? "

During our holiday we took a cooking course with Giada. What a wonderful experience! We received a very hospitable welcome at Giada and her family's home. Very special to cook and eat together at someone's home. We have created delicious dishes with fresh ingredients. Giada was clear in her instructions and very helpful. We enjoyed the food together with Giada and Jacopo. Nice wine was served with dinner, and Jacobo made delicious coffee after dinner. We regularly make the recipes we learned from Giada at home. After the cooking course I had some questions about the flour that was used, Giada was very friendly and helpful. In short: a great experience, learning to cook delicious recipes and enjoying a delicious meal with an incredibly sweet, warm Italian family. Highly recommended!"

This class was one of the highlights of our trip to Tuscany! Giada welcomed us with warmth and made us feel right at home in her beautiful countryside kitchen. We learned how to make fresh pasta from scratch—kneading, rolling, and shaping it ourselves—and the Tiramisu was out of this world! Everything was hands-on, informative, and so much fun. The ingredients were fresh, the instructions were easy to follow, and the final meal was better than any restaurant. Highly recommend this experience for anyone who loves Italian food and wants a genuine taste of Tuscan hospitality!

My friends and I had a wonderful time learning how to make bruschetta, pasta and tiramisu with Giada and her father. Their home was so warm and comfortable and the meal was delicious. We all agreed this was one of the best things to do while in Italy and we highly recommend it to anyone who wants a true Italian experience.

Unbelievable experience. Such a wonderful host and we had the opportunity to learn how to make bread and pizza. Returned to the US and last night we baked focaccia for the whole family with much success. Such a great experience and so friendly. We will be back again for sure. Next time Pasta. Huge thanks for our best afternoon in Italy.
