In our hands-on cooking class, you'll learn how to cook local dishes that Singaporeans love to eat. Singaporean cuisine is known for its fusion of many different cultures, including Malay, Chinese, Indian, Eurasian and Peranakan, and you'll see the influence of each of these cultures in your dishes. 

Our local chefs will guide you through each recipe step-by-step, and you'll even take the recipes back home with you.

We will cook 1 main dish and dessert

Main dish sample

• Ngoh Hiang (crispy deep-fried pork and prawn roll wrapped in beancurd skin)
• Laksa (traditional spicy curry noodle soup)
• Chicken Rendang with Nasi Biru (stewed spiced chicken with blue rice)
• Nasi Lemak (fragrant rice dish cooked in coconut milk and pandan leaf)
• Hokkien Mee (stir-fried noodles braised in pork and prawn broth)
• Satay (seasoned, skewered and grilled meat, served with peanut sauce)

Vegetarian option

• Sayur Lodeh (mixed vegetable curry in coconut milk)

Dessert

• Kueh Dadar (pandan crepes filled with grated coconut steeped in palm sugar)

Lunch Class

• 10:00 am: Begin with an introduction to the chef and the ingredients
• 10:30 am: Start the hands-on cooking class
• 11:30 pm: Enjoy your own homemade Singaporean food in a cozy atmosphere
• 12:00 pm: End of the culinary experience
