In this hands-on experience,, hands-on experience, you’ll learn to prepare seven authentic plant-based dishes, including classic nigiri sushi, fun hand-rolled sushi, and flavorful sides like umami-rich teriyaki eggplant—all made with traditional Japanese ingredients and no meat, fish, or dairy.
Guided in English by a seasoned recipe developer with over 10 years of experience, the class is perfect for beginners and curious foodies alike. You'll uncover the secrets of creating deep, satisfying umami without animal products—and pick up skills you can easily recreate at home.
