Traditional Roman Culinary Class with Wine Tasting & Pairing Experience

This experience isn't just about learning to cook; it also includes a wine-tasting session where you'll pair various dishes you prepare together to enjoy a full lunch – so make sure to come hungry! Our professional sommelier will guide you through each pairing because no Italian dish is complete without the perfect wine.

With small group sizes, you'll have an intimate experience with our chef. The session will involve both hands-on cooking and demonstrations.

At the end of the class, you'll have the opportunity to purchase many of the artisan ingredients and products used during the session, as well as pasta kits and wine, so you can easily recreate these dishes when you return.

1. Meet at the restaurant.

2. The hands-on cooking session will last 1 hour and 30 minutes, during which you'll:

• Learn to prepare our classic tiramisù
• Make handmade fresh pasta, crafting two different shapes: Tagliolini and Cavatelli
• Discover recipes for Cacio e Pepe, Carbonara, and Amatriciana
• Create traditional Roman meatballs in tomato sauce

3. Savor lunch with a food and wine pairing guided by one of our sommeliers:

• Tasting of EVOO and balsamic vinegar
• Tasting of the 3 classic Roman pastas
• Meatball with tomato sauce
• Tiramisù

4. End of the experience.
