課程介紹

Learn how to make fish dumpling from fresh fish and learn the technique of cutting whole fish by using Chinese cutting tools. Make Smooth and elastic-y fish noodles which are made from minced fish fresh. Learn how to make the curry sauce with curry fish ball. Try making fish soup from scratch by using fish bones that are left from other menus.

The dish is made 100% original, straight from the ingredient! You can make your own food without any additives(e.g. MSG). We use fresh fish from the market with simple seasonings, you gonna love the taste of freshness and the texture of the dumplings.

Every student will make their own portion and enjoy the food together.
