A feast for the senses, Delhi cooking classes is dedicated towards providing the global traveler an authentic Indian home and kitchen experience, providing a window in to the culinary and cultural heritage of India. All experiences are private to ensure maximum enegagment and hands on participation.
What to expect:
- Learn about Indian spices and herbs.
- Knowledge about local food from various states.
- Learn interesting snippets about India’s Food culture.
- Trying your hands on Indian snacks and main course.
- Age olds methods of healing by simple ingredients found in Indian kitchen.
- Expect stories tradition and lots of fun

- 1) Food is only vegetarian.
- 2) No alcohol is served before, during or after the meal.

Satisfying and Insightful
This experience was very insightful. We had a wonderful host, Surbhi. SHe was so accommodating as well as the staff. They were smiling and happy to welcome us. They explained the each dish to us before we got to choose what we want to cook. I was able to be with other tourists that also booked for the class. It was great to be with a group who share the same passion in cooking. They were delighted to have us. She hands out detailed recipes also speaks in detail step by step during class. It was fun to get to visit her apartment and family, her husband a great and wise man knows so much about history and geography.

Excellent, highlight of our trip.
Meeting Surbhi and her family was like visiting old friends! Everything was meticulously planned and well communicated. It was an honour to be invited into their home, and we learnt such a lot about Indian cooking and culture. The dishes that we cooked in such a fun way were delicious, and Surbhi efficiently emailed the recipes, I can’t wait to try them out at home! The class was an unforgettable experience, and the perfect introduction to India and Delhi, an absolute must for any trip. Thank you so much for everything that you did for us.

Great way to experience the real Delhi life
Surbhi was a wonderful host, who had great patience to explain her menu before you choose what you want to cook. She gives advice and arranges her best alternative solution when things don’t go as planned. She hands out detailed recipes also speaks in detail step by step during class. It was fun to get to visit her apartment and family, her husband a great and wise man knows so much about history and geography. Local market was chaos but interesting place to visit as all markets in India, but going alone with Surbhi was safe and secure. I am so fortunate to choose Surbhi as my host!
