课程介绍

I am Dinh Duc Manh. I have been working as a bartender for 6 years. In 2014, I had the pleasure to be the Champion of Teisseire Flavour Master Competition. Now, I am the Bar Manager of an old quarter sky bar: The Chi Rooftop. 

With my knowledge and passion about drinks, I will help you to make an egg coffee cup which is imbued with Vietnamese identity. Being a coffee lover, I would like to share my love with coffee and drinks to Hanoi travelers!

As a result you will be able to know and distinguish Italian & Vietnamese coffee. You will be shown the origin of egg’s coffee and its formative process, how to make and highlight special flavor of egg coffee.
