Vietnamese Pho
Went to Ho Chi Minh City and saw soup being served and eaten everywhere. Wanted to learn how to cook it. I was not sure if this was the right course, but bingo—pho was part of the cooking course and I had the chance to see how it is done. Sure, on the internet you can find the recipe as well, but the cooking course is something special. We cooked spring rolls and a sizzling crepe as well, which I recognized at the market later. Learned the importance of fish sauce in Vietnamese cuisine and a lot of new names for spices and herbs. Overall, a very interesting experience which I can recommend.

Amazing cooking class
Trevor taught us to make bun cha and spring rolls, he was a fantastic teacher, very funny and educational, a must do if in hanoi!

Cooking experience in Saigon
Hoa is such a lovely and welcoming person, and speaks excellent English. She made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. I really enjoyed the cooking class. She explained all the ingredients and spices, and everything we made was delicious. I’m vegan, and Hoa was very kind and accommodating, making adjustments to the dishes according to my request for a vegan menu. It was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend taking a cooking class with Hoa.

Fantastic way to experience the Vietnamese Cuisine!
This was the highlight of my trip to Vietnam. Being a vegetarian I really enjoyed the vegan Vietnamese good. So this detailed class helped me learn a lot about the culture and cuisine❤️ Hoa was very patient and very passionate. I will recommend everyone to take this up. Its great fun .!

I had a wonderful time with my teacher, Blue. She was very professional and a lot of fun.
The best part was being in her home and experiencing her life. The shopping for the food was a really great experience. Blue was very detailed in her instructions while making me feel very much a part of her culture. All of the dishes were explained and I went home with a wonderful cookbook that even had some history on each page. This was an unforgettable experience.

Grandma's Cooking class
Excellent guide and chef Thom. I learned how to make and cook rice paper. The food was delicious and fresh. 4 courses! I am so glad I chose to pay a little more to travel with her to her Grandma's island, where she grew up as a girl, and get a glimpse ofvrural life. Boat trip back to Hoian office was lovely too.

One of the highlights of my trip
Our chef made me feeling super welcomed and told us about the culture behind Vietnamese cooking. We made summer rolls, banh mi, chicken clay pot and banana tapiocas pudding. We had our own work station and ingredients and it was fully hands on. Thank you for a fabulous afternoon. Highly recommend. Very worthwhile.
