Next, we'll whisk you away on an electric cart to Hoi An's first community-based organic farm, with a thrilling detour—a traditional basketboat ride through a mangrove forest. Our local farmers will share their stories and organic farming wisdom, from manure to pest control.
After harvesting the season's bounty from the organic garden, it's time to cook up a storm! With expert guidance, you'll create a delicious Vietnamese plant-based meal. Weather permitting, we'll dine al fresco amidst the farm's beauty.
And after this delectable meal, we'll hop back on the electric cart for a return journey to the old town. Join us for a day of learning, cooking, and connecting with nature in the most delightful way!
