Thailand’s capital is a mixing pot filled with opulent malls and sacred temples. However, it can be argued that the vibrant street life is what makes Bangkok stand out from every city. Weave your way through the Chao Phraya river, and in every corner you will find that Bangkok’s streets are filled with food. Explore the food that makes Bangkok so special with our cooking classes that will teach you how to make authentic Thai food. Most of our classes start off with a local market visit where you will have the opportunity to pick out fresh ingredients to use in your cooking. Some of our cooking classes even involve you visiting a local farm and picking out organic ingredients there. We also offer classes with vegan options! Whatever cooking class you choose, you are sure to finish the class with a smile and will have acquired Thai cooking skills to take back home.

"Loved this Class"
We had a wonderful experience with Chef Leez. Really enjoyed the market trip. Talking about the different herbs and ingredients we would use. So nice to try flavours as we went along. We are going home with lots of useful new tips and the advantages of fresh ingredients. Would definitely recommend this course. Loved it

What a wonderful way to spend and afternoon in Bangkok and learn about the traditional ways of cooking Thai food. Siamese cookery is such a lovely place with and amazing teacher. The market your was so much fun and informative and it was such a pleasure to learn about new ingredients. Kung, our teacher was so fun fun and she was very kind and made us very welcome. Preparing and cooking our own Thai food is an experience I will never forget. Everything came out so delicious and the ambience was very traditional. "Intimate Cooking Experiences"
This class is for anyone looking for a real world experience in the heart of Bangkok. Our class started with a tour of the market, showcasing ingredients used in Thai cooking as well as an introduction to the other cultures coexisting in this area. Kare (I hope I spell this correctly) is the owner, she is passionate about her cultue and this shows. The cooking class itself was on point! I love cooking back home and especially love cooking from scratch. This class has provided a lot of insight into the flavours we experience when eating Thai Food. So many little tips have been imprinted on my brain and I will definitely making Penang curry when I get home. Thank you for an awesome afternoon!
