The trip to the marker was great, our chef talked to us about what was in season, how to pick the right vegetables for the dishes and gave us exciting and wonderful options of what too cook. I could not decide! The time in the kitchen was lovely and we learned a lot, he took time to explain, and in the end we had a lovely meal. I would recommend this class to ANYONE!

Manuela was most welcoming and very accommodating. We felt very much at home as soon as we entered her apartment and all the dishes we learned to make were delicious. Throughout she was very friendly and took time to answer all sorts of related cooking questions. We particularly loved making the pasta using the 'chitarra'. Looking forward to going back before too long to cook some more amazing Italian food.

We had a fantastic time learning and laughing our way through a multi course meal! Max was patient and incredibly knowledgeable to the point where cooking became a fun event with new friends! The food was soooo good and the company was even better. Do yourself a favor a book a class!!

excellent class- the instructor and staff were great they also accommodated our food allergies (gluten, nuts and shellfish) and made every effort so we could all enjoy eating the dinner too!

We loved our cooking class with Monica at Tuscan Bites. Monica was fun and very knowledgeable. The food we prepared was fantastic, and we loved learning about Tuscan cooking. Everything she taught us to prepare was delicious. Definitely recommend!
