I and my boyfriend signed up to this class at the very last minute and we're really glad that we did. We met at the cooking school and were then taken to the market to see all the different food stalls and to pick up some ingredients that we would be using during the class. It was so interesting hearing about the various foods used in Vietnamese cooking, we learned so much. Our guide and Chef (whose name I have forgotten! I think it was Nee?) was excellent, her English was brilliant and she was a very patient teacher. We made beef pho, Vietnamese meatballs, spring rolls, and mango/papaya salad, all of it was delicious! We then sat down as a group to eat what we had cooked.
I would highly recommend that people book this class, it was a fun experience, great value for money and it would be suitable for couples, groups or single travelers. Highly recommended!
