Our cooking class offers more than just food – you'll also immerse yourself into local Vietnamese culture.

Together, we'll visit Hoi An's heritage sites and important landmarks, before commencing our hands-on cooking session in a local village. 

Our kitchen will be your home away from home, where you'll learn how to cook authentic Vietnamese food and enjoy the warmth, hospitality and atmosphere of a family-style Vietnamese meal. 

This cooking class is perfect for families who have small children or guests who have limited time.

• Hoi An spring roll
• Green papaya salad with chicken and shrimp
• Hoi An pancake (Banh Xeo) with pork and prawns
• Chicken curry 
• Stir-fried morning glory with garlic

Please inform your local guide about any food allergies you may have, and whether you can eat fish sauce and eggs. We also cater for vegetarians.

時間表

• 8:00 am: Meet our tour guide at the meeting point
• 8:20 am: Explore Hoi An museum, ancient houses, assembly halls of Chinese, art craft manufacturing workshop, Japanese covered bridge
• 10:30 am: Transfer to Cam Thanh village and learn how to cook authentic Vietnamese dishes
• 12:30 pm: End of tour and drop off at Hoi An old town
