You'll actively participate in preparing authentic Thai dishes, making it much more than just a cooking lesson. As part of the experience, we also visit a local market to explore exotic fruits, vegetables, and unique ingredients.

Tuesday and Wednesday 

• Prawn Pad Thai
• Stir-fried Malindjo Leaves with Egg
• Sour soup with snapper fish
• Khanom Krok (Coconut pudding)

Thursday and Friday 

• Tom Yum Goong
• Phuket noodles
• Chicken with Holy Basil
• Khanom Krok (Coconut pudding)

Saturday and Sunday 

• Papaya salad
• Fried Hokkien Noodles
• Grilled Chicken with Sticky rice
• Khanom Krok (Coconut pudding)

Programm

• 08:30 AM: Hotel pickup or meet at the cooking class location by 09:00 AM.
• 09:00 AM: Arrive at the cooking school.
• 09:15 AM: Local market tour to explore fresh ingredients and exotic produce.
• 10:00 AM: Return to the cooking school, introduction session, and enjoy a complimentary soft drink.
• 10:10 AM: Start the cooking session, including preparing traditional dishes and a dessert.
• 11:50 AM: Enjoy the delicious dishes you’ve prepared.
• 01:00 PM: End of the cooking class and transfer back to the hotel.
