Baozi is a famous Chinese type of filled bun, the delicious juicy filling will amaze you. Take this hands-on class and make Chinese dough from scratch! You will also learn Chinese cooking and seasoning technics.
During this 4-5 hour unique Bao Zi making workshop, you'll be taken into an authentic local spice market to explore it with fun challenges to complete and learn different species of Sichuan spices and ingredients that will be used in the following cooking class. The class will be carried out in a traditional Sichuan style courtyard. You'll be treated with Sichuan local tea as it's local's custom to treat friends and visitors.
After that, you then will be guided to start the cooking process by a professional chef in a cozy kitchen. Finally, you can enjoy the Bao Zi, a kind of famous traditional steamed bun with filling, made by yourself along with some beers or beverages. For it's really informative, interesting and fun, this class will be an unforgettable experience in your lifetime.

50 minutes after starting — Walk to the Cooking Class: Wander through the back streets to a hidden gem—a traditional Sichuan-style courtyard.
1 hour after starting — Tea Break: Relax and enjoy traditional Sichuan Gaiwan tea.
1 hour and 15 minutes after starting — The Cooking Process: Prepare authentic dishes under the guidance of a professional chef.
2 hours and 15 minutes after starting — Mealtime: Enjoy the dishes you prepared, accompanied by beer or other beverages.
3 hours after starting — End of the class.
