In this hands-on Osaka cooking class, you’ll learn to make the iconic shoyu (soy sauce) ramen, one of Japan's most beloved noodle dishes. Your expert instructor, Yoko-sensei, will guide you through crafting the savory broth and assembling the ramen. You’ll also prepare gyoza, the juicy pan-fried dumplings commonly found in ramen shops, with a choice of traditional or vegetarian/vegan fillings.
In addition to ramen and gyoza, you’ll make tamagoyaki, the delicate Japanese rolled omelet. After preparing your meal, you’ll enjoy the delicious dishes together, sharing insights into Japanese cuisine and travel destinations, before wrapping up the experience with a traditional sweet dessert.
