Then, step into the action by helping to steam glutinous rice before using traditional wooden mallets to pound it into the perfect chewy texture.

Once the hard work is done, savor the reward—freshly made mochi served with five classic Japanese seasonings and ingredients, all complemented by a warm cup of tea.
