In this class, Chef Prish from Naked Food will teach you how to make three gourmet raw and vegan desserts. These desserts are rich, decadent and complex but simple enough to DIY at home and impress the socks off your guests. They freeze well, which means that anytime you're craving a little sweet sumthin', you can just pop one out of the freezer, defrost for an hour and enjoy!
Raw, vegan desserts are taking the world by storm, and for good reason! They're packed with whole ingredients like fresh fruits, nuts, and seeds — incredibly healthy! They carry a high level of anti-oxidants that get to work in the body to stabilize free radicals and they are also "fast-exit" foods, which leave the body fast, preventing stagnation in the gut.
