This is the experience you can't miss in Taipei!

At Jin’s Table, we strive to create an environment where our guests can feel at home, thus our classes are held in a cozy and comfortable kitchen. We’re one of the few studios that incorporate Hakka culture into our classes.

As a Hakka herself, Jin is happy to share anything about her culture, traditional food, and drinks, or even the best places to shop locally. Jin’s Table is meant to be an intimate and informative experience, so drop by, relax, and enjoy a friendly couple of hours.

Schedule

Morning Class:

10:00 am: Meet at Jin's Table
10:10 am: Welcome drink and start the cooking session, every participant will have their own set of kitchenware.
12:30 pm: Finish all the cooking and enjoy the meal, meanwhile, everyone can make some special souvenir and bring it home.
1:00 pm: End of the class

Afternoon Class:

3:00 pm: Meet at Jin's Table
3:10 pm: Welcome drink and start the cooking session, every participant will have their own set of kitchenware.
5:30 pm: Finish all the cooking and enjoy the meal, meanwhile, everyone can make some special souvenir and bring it home.
6:00 pm: End of the class

Lovely!

We were really lucky because no other people have booked the class that day so it was just me and my friend which was really cool. The atmosphere was also very chill and Jin was so patient and good at explaining and answering all our questions about the food and her culture which there is so much more to learn about!

A fun and well organized class!

Our large multigenerational family thoroughly enjoyed our cooking class with Jin. It was one of the highlights of our trip to Taiwan. We learned so much and can’t wait to try making the dishes at home. She was also able to accommodate our nut allergy. Highly recommend!!

Great!

We loved the cooking class! Even our 5-year old son was super engaged, had a great time, and remembers it fondly even though he wasn't feeling well at the time. The food we made was delicious, and the hosts were so friendly and we loved hearing stories and learning :)

It was a small group, Jin was very patient and shared with us the tales of the Hakka cuisine during the class. We learned first the Pineapple cake, noodle and then the leicha to end the class with a hearty soup. Highly recommended !

Great experience!!!

Jin’s place is a very warm and welcoming space. The first thing you feel when you get in is that all have a touch of love and originality!! Jin loves her "roots" and really love to talk about them with all details. The course was one of my favorite ones and we have already arranged the next one !! If you are around don’t miss it!!

Please take the exit 1 at Jiantan MRT Station, then walk on Wenlin Rd. about 6 minutes and you' ll see the 7-11 convenient sore; face to the 7-11 you'll see the stairs at right, passing by the hair salon then we'll meet .
