Chagohan Tokyo Cooking Class co-developed this SHOJIN CUISINE cooking class with a real monk in Asakusa. Perfectly you can learn what is SHOJIN CUISINE (精進料理), which is cooked with plants based ingredients only! That's most traditional & perfect Japanese vegan cuisine.
After your temple experiences such as SHUKBOU（宿坊）at Koyasan（高野山）in Shiga, or any other Japanese temple, why don't you cook real SHOJIN CUISINE at our shop?
And that before or after our cooking class, you can stroll around Japanese biggest kitchenware street, KAPPABASHI（合羽橋）area. If you have any interest in Japanese kitchen wares (Knives, pottery, tableware, etc...), we will serve you! Because we are so familiar with this KAPPABASHI area.

Classes are basically scheduled in the afternoons at 4:00PM on Wednesday & Friday for a while.
