Learn how to cook traditional Thai cuisine from a professional local chef. 

This cooking class includes a market tour, where you'll go shopping for fresh ingredients to use in your dishes. Then everyone will head back to the cooking studio, where each guest will prepare their Thai dishes at their individual cooking station. 

This hands-on cooking class is the best way learn how to make Thai home classics and street food favorites. 

The chef will provide simple instructions and tips for finding substitute ingredients, so you can recreate authentic Thai flavors to impress your family and friends at home.

Monday (Curry day)

Tuesday (Stir-fried rice noodle day)

Wednesday (Herbal day)

Morning

• Guay Teaw Lui Suan - Fresh Tuna Spring Rolls 
• Tom Kha Gai - Chicken Herbal Curry 
• Water Chestnut in Coconut Milk

Afternoon

• Fried Tofu w/ Sweet Chili Peanut Sauce
• Tom Yum Goong - Hot and Sour Herbal Thai soup

Thursday (Rice day)

Friday (Vegan day)

Sunday (Spicy day)

• Stir-Fried Spicy Pork with hot basil

Afternoon

• Crispy Spicy Pork salad Meatballs
• Laab Moo - Thai Spicy Herbal Pork Salad

Morning Class:

• 9:00 am: Meet at exit No.1 of BTS Saphan Kwai Station.
• 9:15 am: Shop for ingredients at the local market
• 10:00 am: Back to cooking studio, where chef will introduce Thai cuisine to the class
• 10:20 am: Introduction to Thai herb beverages
• 10:30 am: Cook appetizers
• 11:00 am: Cook main dishes
• 11:30 am: Cook desserts
• 12:00 pm: Enjoy your dishes together or pack to-go (concierge available for taxi pickup)

Afternoon Class:
