Your journey begins at a lively traditional market in Uluwatu. Unlike tourist markets, this is where locals bargain, laugh, and select the freshest ingredients for their family kitchens and temple offerings. As you wander through colorful stalls, your guide introduces you to fragrant spices, tropical herbs, and unique Balinese ingredients that form the backbone of authentic island cuisine.

After the market tour, you will head to the cooking venue where the chef will welcome you with a refreshing drink. The class begins with an introduction to traditional cooking tools and techniques, followed by a step-by-step demonstration before you start cooking your dishes.

You will prepare a complete Balinese meal from scratch, learning how to grind spices, mix sauces, and balance flavors using traditional methods.

After cooking, sit together and enjoy the delicious dishes you’ve prepared in a warm and friendly atmosphere. This shared meal is a perfect moment to relax, exchange stories, and celebrate your culinary achievement.

• Balinese seasoning / balinese paste (Base Gede) - Bumbu Merah / Grilled BBQ sauces
• Betutu Ayam (Roast Chicken) 
• Fried noodles Satay
• Tuna / Chicken with raw sambal ( sambal matah )
• Mie Goreng or Nasi Goreng – Traditional Indonesian fried noodles or fried rice
• Fried bananas and Coconut pancakes/ Dadar Gulung
