10:15 AM – Hands-On Cretan Cooking Lesson
Prepare a selection of authentic Cretan dishes using fresh local ingredients and traditional family recipes.\

Cook in the wood oven for groups more than 4 people.

11:30 AM – Guided Olive Oil Tasting

12:00  AM – Traditional Cheese Making Experience
Learn the art of Cretan cheesemaking and participate in the preparation of fresh local cheese using traditional methods.

12:15 PM – Dessert Workshop: Cretan Cheese Pies (Kalitsounia)
