Grazia was a wonderful host and teacher. We loved learning how to make different types of pasta and sauces -- all of which were absolutely delicious. We were a rather large group but she navigated it easily, encouraging both the children and the adults in the group and making sure everyone had a memorable experience -- both novice cooks and more seasoned ones as well. I highly recommend this class and plan to participate again when we come back to Tuscany in the future!

Mio marito ed io abbiamo avuto il privilegio di trascorrere diverse ore con Grazia nella sua cucina in Toscana. È stato il momento clou del nostro viaggio di tre settimane in Italia! A rendere l'esperienza così speciale è stato tutto quanto. Innanzitutto, la lezione è stata personalizzata in base a ciò che desideravamo cucinare. La sfida è stata scegliere tra così tante opzioni fantastiche. Gli ingredienti che abbiamo usato erano freschi del suo orto e i funghi appena raccolti nel bosco. L'ambiente della sua casa e la casa stessa erano così pittoreschi, esattamente quello che cercavamo, ma ancora meglio. Grazia è affascinante e affabile, quindi la conversazione mentre cucinavamo insieme è stata una parte piacevole dell'esperienza. Ha condiviso apertamente la sua conoscenza del vino e della cucina, quindi siamo tornati a casa con molti consigli preziosi. Abbiamo concluso il nostro tempo insieme seduti fuori nel suo splendido giardino, gustando il cibo delizioso che avevamo preparato e godendoci un bicchiere di vino! Consigliamo vivamente questa lezione. Non perdetevi questa esperienza unica in Toscana!

Cooking with Grace in her home was a very special experience! She was very kind, patient and eager to share her knowledge, a great teacher. We learned so much about pasta and new techniques. The food was fantastic, We loved everything we made! We highly recommend a class with Grace!!

Absolutely the highlight of our trip to Tuscany! My husband and I loved the one on one cooking instruction and authentic recipes and atmosphere of the class. We learned so much and got to eat our homemade pasta after the class over a nice dinner with our host and her husband. It was hands down the best meal that we had during our time in Italy. Would highly recommend this class for amazing food and a wonderful Tuscan experience.

The course is absolutely educational and my sisters and I felt very comfortable thanks to the warm, patient and loving nature of Grazia and her husband. She explained everything to us very simply and yet in detail and the end result of our pasta was more than worth it. We are all really looking forward to making our homemade pasta at home and putting what we have learned into practice again. Best regards Sonja, Anina and Caroline

It's easy to understand why people say this cooking class is a highlight of their trip, and it definitely is a top highlight of our trip. Grazia is a superb chef and sommelier, amazing teacher, and just a lovely, lovely person. From start to finish, making your own hand-made pastas and sauces, to sitting down to a late lunch/supper and proudly enjoying our meal, with expertly-curated vino.

I searched a while for a pasta class that would let us choose the pasta we wanted to make and offered sunset sessions. Lucky we found this one! The host is personable and very skilled in Tuscan cuisine. Her property is peaceful and the dinner in the candle garden was a perfect ending. It felt like visiting family. We recommend the mushroom pasta and the guitar string pasta. Don’t forget to get the recipe so you can make at home later!

We loved our time with Grazia! She altered the menu to accommodate our requests so we were able to learn how to prepare some of our favorite dishes from the region. We were able to use the techniques we learned during our stay in Italy and at home. We especially appreciated the pace that allowed us to participate in and learn each step. We also enjoyed learning about the property and the region. The setting was beautiful. We highly recommend this experience.

I felt like I was with family. Their dog Amie only added to the comfort and entertainment. We took away new recipes, a great new wine, and a full belly.

This experience was the highlight of our trip! First, the grounds was so beautiful. Getting to see the garden and the BB and hearing how Grazia and her husband created this magical place over time was so special. Second, we LOVED learning and cooking with Grazia! We got to choose exactly what we wanted to make and got to be as hands on as we wanted! Grazia patiently guided us through making pumpkin ravioli and tagliatelle alla ragu! Every single step was fun and all four of us had roles to play. I am no cook but I was so engaged and excited and felt like a pro thanks to Grazia! She made it fun and easy. And the result??? PERFETTO! So so delicious! We stuffed our faces over local wine and more great conversation. We feel blessed to have experienced such an authentic meal and way of life. Thank you Grazia and Oscar! You are gems!!

Oscar and Grazia are wonderful people, they made our stay greater than what we expected, the Podere is beautiful, there are lovely pets, the special dinner, the brunch and the breakfast cooked by Grazia was perfect, a unique experience. We cant wait to go back again.

Fantastically authentic all around from the old renovated farmhouse to homecooked, organic food. You really feel in heart of Tuscany in setting and so welcome by owners. Excellent for short, long or day stay!

In a wonderful place, an authentic farm lived and looked after by Grazia and Oscar with elegance and balance. Refined hospitality, but never cloying, friendly and cheerful. Superlative cuisine and wines, happy animals and a relaxing and fragrant garden. Leaving is very difficult!

Beautiful farm surrounded by nature and super welcoming owners who are always available to give advice on places to visit. Absolutely recommended.

Beautiful Tuscan Villa - fantastic combining the spirit of traditional Tuscany with excellent savoir de vivre. Breathtaking views on the valley and beautiful Farm houses. Fantastic location. Great hosts.

We had a cooking class making our own pasta and the home cooked dinner were outstanding.
