In my historic venue in the heart of Venice, enjoy a vegetarian or vegan cooking class using fresh, local vegetables from the vibrant Venetian markets.

Join me to shop at the famous Rialto Market (or opt for a cooking-only class), and then return to prepare a variety of fresh, healthy dishes. We’ll taste homemade wine, make pasta, focaccia, and countless other flavorful creations. I use only local, seasonal vegetables and customize each cooking class based on your preferences. My father will take care of bringing us the wine from our vineyards! 

My home is open to you—step beyond the usual tourist paths and savor the freshness of Venice. We’ll share laughs, good food, and great wine.
