• How to prepare back home a homemade 4-course meal in less than 45 minutes, even if you've never done it before or struggle in the kitchen.
• Why you don't need a ton of ingredients to get an authentic Mexican meal after all.
• When and how you should add peppers even when you don't eat spicy instead of just getting out of the recipe.
• The surprising easy tip to select the perfect avocado for your Guacamole that you can put to use immediately.
• What the huge brand restaurant's chefs don’t even know about the Cancun local markets.

During the tour you will be provided with some refreshments, fresh fruit, pastries and Mexican filtered coffee, which will be offered on an intimate setting at one of the best Mexican restaurants in Cancun, where the lessons will be taken.

• Sopes: Kind of like a taco, but with a ticker base and different toppings.
• Enchiladas: Rolled up tacos drowned in green or red sauce topped with cream, cheese and onion.
• Arroz con leche: Traditional dessert made with rice, milk and sugar.

**During the market visit, you will taste Tamales and seasonal fruit.
