The teaching is more leveled and around some typical famous specialties. Class sizes are kept small to maximize personal attention so that everyone benefits from the class. The emphasis is on combining different spices and herbs to create finely sublime foods, learning different flavors and textures of different regions.

Menu 1 - Monday

• Beef salad with young banana and star fruit
• Chicken noodle
• Vietnamese sizzling pancake
• Steamed rolled cake

Menu 2 - Tuesday

• Spring rolls
• Beef noodle soup
• Vegetable salad with pork and shrimps
• Chicken wings in fish sauce

Menu 3 - Wednesday

• Beef noodle in Hue style
• Vietnamese sizzling pancake
• Stuffed dumpling with spring onion sauce
• Grilled chicken with five spice

Menu 4 - Thursday

• Salad rolls
• Lotus stem salad with pork and shrimps
• Vietnamese chicken curry
• Grilled pork rib and broken rice

Menu 5 – Friday

• Noodle soup in Quang style (central region)
• Fresh mustard leaf rolls with shrimps
• Grilled fish in banana leaf
• Braised chicken with ginger

Menu 6 – Saturday & Sunday

• Spring rolls
• Grilled ball pork meat
• Chicken noodle
• Steamed rolled cake

Morning Session

• 8:30 am: Meeting at West Gate No.5, Phan Chu Trinh street
• 8:40 am: Market visit
• 9:30 am: Enjoy a welcome drink and introduction of "Corner of Vietnamese Traditional Kitchen" with the legend of "Kitchen God"
• 10:00 am: Participate in "Food preparation" with Chef
• 10:30 am: Enjoy the cooking class with a selective menu of Traditional dishes
• 11:10 am: Enjoy lunch with participant's own creation.
• 11:45 am: Remittance of Certificate, a handbook with detailed recipes and a small gift of "The Saigon Culinary Art Center" will crown the session.
• 12:00 pm: End of the class

Afternoon Session

• 2:00 pm: Meeting at West Gate No.5, Phan Chu Trinh street
• 2:10 pm: Market visit
• 3:00 pm: Enjoy a welcome drink and introduction of "Corner of Vietnamese Traditional Kitchen" with the legend of "Kitchen God"
• 3:30 pm: Participate in Food preparation with Chef
• 4:00 pm: Enjoy cooking class with a selective menu of Traditional dishes
• 4:40 pm: Enjoy dinner with participant's own creation
• 5:15 pm: Remittance of Certificate, a handbook with detailed recipes and a small gift of "The Saigon Culinary Art Center" will crown the session
• 5:30 pm: End of the class

The market visit will be accompanied by Chef to introduce and to let participants understand more Vietnamese ingredients and their substitution. 
The guest can decide to join or not on the market visit, the price is the same for both.
