We offer one-day classes for those keen on discovering the art of wagashi-making, which encompasses Japanese sweets.

These classes are designed to acquaint you with the world of Japanese sweets-making, ensuring a delightful experience regardless of the perfection of your creations! You'll also delve into the history and cultural importance of mochi and Nerikiri Wagashi. You have the choice to select either Mochi Making, Nerikiri Wagashi, or a combination of both.

Following the session, you'll have the chance to enjoy your creations with a cup of tea or a bowl of Matcha tea. You also have the option to take your creations home in a box.

Option 1: Mochi Making Class

• 2 pieces of Strawberry Daifuku 
• 2 skewers of Sanshoku dango (Three Coloor Dango)
• Mochi ice cream
• Warabi mochi
• Green tea or Genmai tea

Option 2: Nerikiri Wagashi Class

• 4 pieces of Nerikiri wagashi (Seasonal Theme)
• Matcha green tea

Option 3: Mochi and Nerikiri Combination Class

• 2 pieces of Nerikiri Wagashi
• 2 pieces of Strawberry Daifuku
• 2 Skewers of Sanshoku Dango (Three Colour Dango)
• Matcha Green tea

* Other fruits may be used when strawberries are not in season.

• Demonstration on preparing warabi mochi.
• Learn about the history and traditions of Japan's mochi culture.
• Taste and enjoy your creations served with green tea or genmai tea.
• End of the experience. 

Nerikiri Wagashi Class

• Step into the cooking class and meet with your instructor.
• Making the Nerikiri dough, coloring, and molding techniques.
• Learn how to enjoy tea ceremony.
• Tasting Session featuring your completed sweets paired with Matcha green tea.
• End of the experience.

Mochi and Nerikiri Combination Class

• Step into the cooking class and meet with your instructor.
• Start of the culinary session. 
• Enjoy the completed sweets paired with Matcha green tea.
• End of the experience.
