Our most popular offering, this class involves hands-on preparation—peeling, pounding, chopping, and cooking together. Afterward, we gather to savor the meal paired with a fine bottle of wine. This program spans six nights with morning classes offered over five days. Early booking is recommended for this weekly cooking class, tailored for all skill levels and perfect for intimate groups of family and friends.

Daily Schedule
1st Day - Sunday
- Arrival at the Villa. The transfer is not included.
- Time to mingle with the other guests and welcome dinner with a Prosecco wine glass or a typical Spritz (6:00 PM:).
2nd Day - Monday
- 10.30 am: Start od the first cooking class with our chef Simone. Get ready! Today we'll start using techniques and recipes handed down through generations of local women. Lunch at the villa, with wine.
- In the afternoon, you can relax at the villa or visit the beauties of the nearby Sights.
- Dinner at the Villa.
3rd Day - Tuesday
- 10.30 am: Start of the 2nd cooking session.
- Today you will learn how to make and cook another traditional Italian menu focused on Tortelli, Tagliatelle, and dessert. Lunch at the villa with wine. Lunch at the villa with wine.
- Free time, during the rest of the day, our staff will be available to set up another activity; we have many contacts with the local operators and will grant valuable services.
- Dinner at the Villa.
4th Day - Wednesday
- Breakfast: Italian cooking tips and secrets about regional dishes are revealed while preparing a three-course meal using only what's in season. You will have free time during the rest of the day, and our staff will be available to set up another activity; we have many contacts with the local operators and will provide valuable services. For instance, our staff can plan an excursion to the beautiful town of Chioggia or the natural park of Po Delta for a bike ride. Please ask for a quote.

5th Day - Thursday
- Start of the 3rd culinary class, you'll learn how to prepare Risotto all'Italiana, highlighting the renowned rice cultivated in the Po Delta region. For dessert, you'll be able to create a delightful Tiramisù, another cherished local recipe. Finally, we'll gather to enjoy the meal together, savoring the flavors of our creations.
- In the afternoon, You will have free time to relax after a long day of work in the kitchen. You can ask our staff to plan an excursion to a local olive mill company for an extra virgin olive oil tasting.

6th Day - Friday
- Breakfast and check-out. (transfer is not included).
