Market Tour Experience with Vietnamese Culinary Class in Hoi An

Enjoy a fun and engaging half-day experience as you learn about Vietnamese cuisine and discover how to prepare authentic home-style Vietnamese meals.

We will begin by walking to Hoi An's vibrant central market with an English-speaking guide, where you will learn about various fresh noodles, how to select the best fish and seafood, and the differences between fresh and dried spices. You will also explore the uses of fresh herbs in our recipes and their medicinal properties, as well as learn about the different varieties of rice and other grains.

After the market tour, we'll take an electric cart to our home, where you'll be greeted with a refreshing drink. Then, you’ll enjoy a two-hour, hands-on cooking session, where you will learn essential Vietnamese cooking techniques and family recipes.

Finally, you'll savor a delicious lunch made from the dishes you've prepared.
