Balinese cooking class program offers you the best opportunity to get the real experience in Bali: How to make the traditional Balinese food!

We proudly welcome you to share our Balinese food recipes and you will be guide by Balinese chef step by step for the preparation at least 9 recipes of food. Learn to make at home for your Lunch or dinner with your Family.

We will invite you to Explore real Bali with Balinese local host,visit Morning local market and learn how they sell and buy things in the market.

The Rice Paddy visit shows how we grow the rice in bali, and how many kind of rice we have, how long is the harvest time.

Our 9-course Menu

Regular Menu:

• Soup Sayur Bali (Balinese Vegetable soup)
• Ayam Bumbu Bali (Balinese fried chicken)
• Tempe Manis (Sweet fried tempe)
• Sate Lilit Bali (Balinese chicken satay)
• Pepes Ayam (Grilled & steamed chicken in banana leaf)
• Lawar Bali (Mix vegetables with/ Balinese spices)
• Saus Kacang Tanah (Balinese Peanut Sauce)
• Base Gede (Basic spices Paste)
• Klepon Cake (Boiled circle  of sticky flour w/palm sugar)

Vegetarian Menu:

• Soup Sayur Bali (Balinese Vegetable soup)
• Tofu Bumbu Bali (Balinese fried Tofu with Basic sauce)
• Tempe Manis (Sweet fried tempe)
• Sate Tempeh (Balinese soybean cake skewer) with Peanut sauce
• Pepes Tofu (Soybean Curd Grilled or steamed in banana leaf)
• Lawar Bali (Mix vegetables with/ Balinese spices)
• Saus Kacang Tanah (Balinese Peanut Sauce)
• Base Gede (Basic spices Paste)
• Klepon Cake (Boiled circle of sticky flour w/palm sugar)

All Main courses will be served with/ White rice.

Morning Session

• 7:30 am: Pick up from hotels in Ubud
• 8:25 am: Morning market Visit Local Rice paddies
• 9:45 am: Welcome drink
• 10:00 am: Make Balinese spice paste use-as base (sauce) for many dishes
• 10:30 am: Cooking class of 9 recipes Balinese food
• 12:00 pm: Enjoy Buffet lunch at a Balinese house
• 1:00 pm: Hotel Drop-off in Ubud

Afternoon Session

• 1.30pm: Pick up from hotels in Ubud
• 2.30pm: Making Bali offering  
• 4:15 pm: Welcome drink
• 5:00 pm: Make Balinese spice paste use-as base(sauce)for many Dishes
• 5:30 pm: Cooking class of 9 recipes Balinese food
• 6:30 pm: Enjoy Buffet lunch at a Balinese house
• 7:00 pm: Hotel Drop-off in Ubud
