Before the class begins, you'll work with us to tailor a seasonal menu suited to your preferences and culinary interests, ensuring a personal and enriching experience.

Chef Fabrizio believes there's a cook in everyone and encourages you to dig in—literally—with both hands. Under his guidance, you'll learn to make fresh pasta paired with a traditional sauce, and prepare classic Tuscan focaccia. The best part? You’ll savor the fruits of your labor, enjoying your handmade pasta perfectly paired with exceptional local wines (one bottle for every two participants).

Whether you're a seasoned cook or just starting, you'll enjoy an all-inclusive experience. We also accommodate vegetarian diets and food allergies, so everyone can fully enjoy this delicious journey through Tuscan cuisine.
