- 8:15 am: Meet at Hai Cafe (center of Hoi An Old Town) with a welcome drink
- 8:30 am: Tour of Hoi An's central market
- 9:30 am: Leisurely boat ride on Hoi An River to Red Bridge
- 10 am: Herb garden tour
- 10:15 am: Cooking Class
- 12:15 am: Enjoy your meal with beautiful river views
- 12:45 pm: End of the class, minivan transfer to central Hoi An

Fabulous experience
Mi Mi was an exceptional host and experienced chef with a very friendly personality. Can’t recommend highly enough. A wonderful hands on cooking class with generous servings. Do not eat breakfast !

Absolutely recommended
I’d previously walked through the markets - somewhat quickly - but to be taken through with an experienced chef who stopped to explain the fruits, vegetables, seafood and meats was a totally different experience and I really enjoyed it. The cooking class was fabulous. I highly recommend it. I’ve come away feeling that I can go home and recreate the items we made as I’ve been given the right information and instruction. Very enjoyable and I’d happily choose Red Bridge again!

Fun Cooking School Hoi An
This is a fabulous and fun cooking school which we did 15 years ago and
decided to repeat the experience as it was a memorable one.
It’s great that it involves the market showing all the herbs & spices and the fun
boat ride to the venue.
It’s very well run and you learn a lot about Vietnamese cooking.
Highly recommend!
