Authentic Greek Hospitality

This experience felt like visiting a friend's kitchen rather than taking a class. Maria welcomed everyone warmly and shared not only her baking expertise but also stories about Greek family traditions. The Portokalopita was fresh, fragrant, and unlike anything I've tasted before. If you want an authentic cultural experience beyond the usual sightseeing, this class is a must.

Fun, Delicious, and Authentic

Our group of four friends booked this class, and it was one of the highlights of our Athens trip. Maria is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about Greek pastries. The small group made it easy to ask questions and get involved. We laughed, baked, enjoyed great coffee, and left with wonderful memories—and a recipe we'll definitely use again.

Wonderful Family Activity

We attended as a family with our teenage daughter, and everyone had a fantastic time. Maria was patient, engaging, and made sure everyone could follow along. We learned about Greek culture while baking a delicious orange pie from scratch. Sharing the freshly baked Portokalopita together at the end was the perfect finish. Highly recommended for families visiting Athens.

A Sweet Taste of Athens

I joined this class on my own and immediately felt welcome. Maria is an excellent teacher who explains every step clearly while sharing stories about Greek baking traditions. Making Portokalopita from scratch was easier than I expected, and the final dessert was absolutely delicious. Enjoying it with Greek coffee at the end made the experience even more special. I left with a recipe I can't wait to make at home.
