Just a few minutes from the center of Florence, nestled in a cozy and elegant setting, awaits a traditional cooking class featuring three delightful and unforgettable recipes. Alfredo and Tamara's approach to cooking can be summed up as: preparing dishes just like Mom's, with our own hands, and we hope that by the end of the course, you'll be eager to recreate these beloved recipes at home.
Under our guidance, you'll learn the art of making pici, crescentine, and tiramisu. After the class, we'll gather to taste the dishes we've prepared together, accompanied by fine Tuscan wine, water, and coffee. Our goal is to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to confidently recreate these gastronomic masterpieces in your own kitchen. We're excited to share our family's secrets with you!

- Fried crescentine wih typical Tuscan cured meats
