Join us for a one-of-a-kind cooking class where you'll learn to create authentic Jiro-style ramen entirely from scratch. Together, we’ll prepare the rich broth, flavorful toppings, and even hand-make the noodles.
The highlight of the experience is crafting your very own bowl of ramen. You'll discover the secrets behind making truly delicious ramen and take home a detailed recipe so you can recreate it anytime.

This experience does not include the Akihabara walking tour. If you’d like to enjoy both the ramen class and the market tour, you can book the experience titled "Hands-On Ramen Cooking Class in Tokyo with Akihabara Market Tour."

- Jiro-Style Ramen
You will learn how to make noodles, Chashu (roasted pork), and ramen soup.
Note:
If you let us know more than 48 hours in advance, we can change the chashu from pork to chicken.
