Our classroom is conveniently located in Zoshigaya, just a direct train ride from Shibuya on the Fukutoshin Line, passing by landmarks like Meiji Shrine and Shinjuku. • Making Futomaki:

Experience the fun of rolling your own futomaki using a special sushi mat. With fresh ingredients, you’ll make sushi rolls perfect for family and friends gatherings. This is a great opportunity for parents and children to learn together, strengthen family bonds, and explore Japanese food culture.

• Making Dashimaki Tamago:

Learn the techniques for making fluffy dashi maki tamago using a specialized frying pan. Enjoy the professional taste of this Japanese omelet right at home.

We’ll teach you the techniques for rolling sushi and combining ingredients using a bamboo mat. While maki sushi might look easy, it has a lot of depth. It’s perfect for picnics, family events, and home parties. Parents and children can join together to learn and have fun, making it a great opportunity for family bonding and learning about Japanese food culture.
