We will cook a typical dish from your region together, and I will prepare a typical Sicilian dish, such as Caponata Catanese. We will decide on the ingredients together, and it will be a moment of fusion between our culinary cultures!

This special course focuses on preparing dishes that combine Sicilian culinary traditions with those of your homeland. For the recipe you suggest, you will need to provide me with the ingredients, which I will purchase myself. We will decide everything together and, of course, we will taste the dishes accompanied by excellent wine, for an experience that I hope will remain in your mind but, above all, in your heart!
