The rest of the ingredients, you will use during your holiday will be purchased from our trusted suppliers to guarantee top quality and freshness… the key point of our philosophy is that good food need top ingredients!

You will learn to prepare all the essentials of 4 course Italian meal… Passion for reviving Tuscany historic recipes and giving them a contemporary twist…. Appetizers, soups, homemade pasta accompanied by sauces, main course with seasonal side dish and of course ending with delicious desserts, paired by excellent Chianti wine of our production.
