Lisa has always been passionate about cooking and traveling. During traveling, she found many Chinese restaurants were offering very different Chinese food. She then decides to show the world coming guests real Chinese food, that doesn't have to be greasy or over seasoned.

With her great passion for cooking and hospitality to foreign friends, she created Chinese healthy cook in Chengdu. You're all invited to join her cozy studio. The hands-on cooking class is instructed in English. All classes are in the relaxing and fun atmosphere.

She's eager to share the knowledge of Chinese cuisine. It's not only like a journey to know more about local culture but also like a party with all the old and new friends. Welcome you to Chinese Healthy Cook to enjoy the sharing fun and cook up a storm!

Kids over 10 years old can join the cooking class. If you want to have non-spicy cooking class, please check

• Fish Flavored Shredded Pork
• Deep Fried Eggplant with Meat

• Beer Duck with Chili

• 11:10 am: Local market tour 
• 12:00 pm: Cooking session
• 1:30 pm: Enjoy the meal together
• 2:00 pm: End of the class
