Spend your afternoon in our organic farm and learn how to cook Balinese dishes.
Bali Farm Cooking School is one of the finest cooking and eating place on the island The location is north of Ubud (around 30 - 40 minutes drive). Our farm is based on a community project to preserve organic farms and contribute to local people in the village.
The cooking class offers vegan and vegetarian option, ideal to anyone with a special interest in organic produce.

- Base Gede (Traditional spices paste)
- Sayur Urab (Mix green salad with coconut and spice)
- Opor Ayam (Balinese Chicken curry)
- Sate Lilit (Traditional Balinese Kebab made with meat and Balinese spice paste)
- Pindang with Sambal Matah (fish with raw sauce)
- Tempe Asam Manis (Sweet Sour Temple)
- Black Rice Pudding or Pisang Goreng (Our Banana fritters with coconut and palm sugar syrup or black rice pudding)
Vegetarian Class

- Gado Gado (Steamed veggies with peanut sauce)
- Vegan Sate Lilit (Our traditional vegan satay using jackfruit )
- Bergedel (Fried corn with Balinese spice)
- Opor Temple – Tofu (Balinese vegan curry)
- Tempe Asam Manis (Sweet Sour Temple)
- Black Rice Pudding or Pisang Goreng (Our Banana fritters with coconut and palm sugar syrup or black rice pudding)

What to know: This cooking class offers vegan and vegetarian classes and I would highly recommend this class to anyone with a special interest in organic produce.

- 12:15 pm: Pickup at Meeting Point (Dalem Puri Central Parking)
- 1:00 pm: Organic farm tour to get some veggies and learn local vegetations
- 2:00 pm: Introduction and coffee or tea is served
- 2:15 pm: Cooking session 1 and tasting
- 3:45 pm: Cooking session 2 and tasting
- 5:15 pm: Dessert session and time to enjoy your dish
- 6:00 pm: End of the cooking class and ready to go back to Ubud
- 6:45 pm: Back in Ubud
