Are you ready to blend eggs with flour and roll the pin to get the perfect tagliatelle? What about using a special utensil to get spaghetti alla chitarra? Making pasta with spinach has never been much easier. How? Easy, with ricotta cheese you can prepare delicious gnudi. You’ll learn all this and much more in this cooking class! An enthusiastic and knowledgeable local chef will show you not only how to create the perfect fresh hand-made pasta formats, but also how to prepare the best seasonal sauces like pesto, carbonara, or pummarola to get the real Italian flavors.
