Join us for a hands-on culinary journey through Sicilian and Italian traditions! In this immersive class, you'll learn how to make fresh stuffed pasta inspired by regional Sicilian recipes and master the art of preparing Italy’s most beloved dessert—Tiramisu.
We’ll cook together step by step, discovering the flavors and techniques that make these dishes so special. Once everything is ready, you’ll relax in a charming garden setting and enjoy the delicious meal you've created.

- 4:30 PM – We’ll meet at my home, where you’ll be welcomed with an aperitif and a selection of assorted snacks.
- 4:45 PM – Tiramisu preparation
- 5:10 PM – We’ll prepare the fresh pasta dough
- 5:30 PM – Sauce preparation
- 6:00 PM – Shaping and making different types of pasta
- 6:15 PM – Cooking the pasta
- 6:30 PM – Enjoying the dishes we’ve prepared together
- 7:00 PM – End of the cooking class

Cooking with Francesca was my husband’s favorite part of our trip to Sicily. Francesca is a skilled chef who is knowledgeable, friendly, and welcoming. We shared stories of family and cooking. The meal was delicious and Francesca shared many recipes with us in addition to what we prepared. Highly recommend this experience!
