課程介紹
Japanese homemade dishes are very healthy, well presented, and delicious. I want to share special recipes with you that I have inherited, which have served my family. These are very simple and easy to make in 30 to 50 minutes. I put special importance on the fact that you can make these dishes when you go back to your country. I also want to teach special recipes related to the seasons and to traditional events in Japan. See old rows of houses. Cook and eat local dishes. I hope you enjoy Japan and want to come back again soon.

Personal and authentic cooking experience
This cooking class was one of the highlights of our trip. We booked a private session for two people, and the intimate setting made the experience feel very personal and authentic.
Our instructor was extremely organized and got started right away. She has a lively and energetic personality, which meant we were able to accomplish a lot in a short amount of time. We learned so much about traditional Japanese home cooking and gained valuable insights into everyday Japanese food culture through recipes that have been passed down in her family.
What made the experience even more special was the personal touch throughout the class. We were able to taste homemade yuzu sake prepared by her mother, which was a unique and memorable experience. As a calligraphy master, she also wrote a few things for us in Japanese and gave them to us as keepsakes—a thoughtful gesture and a wonderful souvenir to take home.
The food was delicious, the instruction was clear, and the entire experience was both educational and enjoyable. We highly recommend this class to anyone looking for a genuine and memorable cultural experience in Japan.

Really nice class !
It was a really nice experience ! We cooked delicious udon, tempura and omelette, and then we had the pleasure to discover calligraphy and go home with a lot of them. Perfect cooking class !

Super day out
Masako-san was a great host. She greeted us at the drop off at 11.00am and welcomed us to a small house where the kitchen is set up. We made udon noodles from scratch then moved on to making the perfect egg rolls, which proved very entertaining! Having made and eaten theses, we moved on to tempura - veggies and prawn, served with a broth with it noodles. The session ended with our host sharing her calligraphy and origami skills. Ax super fun day out which we all enjoyed very much.

Very fun and memorable!
I had a great time with this class! She was very personable and explained things in an easy-to-understand way. She holds class in her own kitchen, so I felt like I got a very unique experience with *real* local home cooking, and she provides practical information about the ingredients so that I can cook these recipes when I get back home. Great experience!
