The class will be in an authentic Italian house, in a nice area in Florence.
We prepare the basis for fresh pasta, and learn to make different types, such as tagliatelle, tortellini, ravioli etc.. Colored fresh pasta with natural ingredients and also we make Gnocchi from scratch.
We prepare 3 different sauces for pasta and gnocchi, sit down together to eat them.
The atmosphere will be intimate and personal and the number of participants is limited to 6 persons. This also allows us to be flexible on the menu and to host (if reported in advance) gluten free, dairy free, vegetarian or specific intolerance or allergies.
Courses are paired with appropriate wines and the history of the dish being created.
