Amazing experience- Also for vegetarians and vegans
The Food was very delicious, we Visited a local market and learned a lot about the Culture and the vegetarian and vegan Options were great as well!
Also Aroma was an amazing and nice Chef! :)

Excellent
I enjoyed this class from the very first minute. Ling took us to the market and told us about the different types of food. We then went to a lovely venue and she showed us how to cook various vegan dishes. We all joined in the fun. I highly recommend this adventure into Vietnamese cooking.

Cool and easy to learn
Vanessa was a wonderful, energetic and lovely guide who knew what she was doing.
We learned not only the general way around a Vietnamese market (a fine line between ripoff and staying a decent human being), we got general directions to understanding the local cuisine, got a great meal together and would have easily done the coffee tour as well. Sadly we had to leave Hanoi already.
Can absolutely recommend the experience, especially in the beginning of your journey.

Amazing experience!
We were the first ones to be able to enjoy this cooking class after the lockdown and got the whole experience just for ourselves - basically a private cooking class for just two people.
And the whole day was beautiful. Right from the start at the local market visit our cooking instructor Mike was incredibly friendly, open-minded and exited to share many things about the Vietnamese way of life. He is very patient and obviously a great cook!
The drinks are free, the atmosphere in the villa is friendly and comfortable and the food was absolutely amazing (even though we struggled a little bit with the spices of the chili!). Immediately afterwards, the instructor sent us the recipes and even other recipes so we can make the food again and try out new dishes at home. Best vegan food we had in Hanoi so far!
11/10 would recommend! :)

Wir hatten das Glück den Kochkurs zu zweit zu haben. Es wurden gemeinsam 5 Gänge zubereitet. Die Getränke während der gesamten Zeit waren kostenfrei. Zur Begrüßung gab es einen leckeren selbstgemachten Willkommenstee. Eine Küchenhilfe unterstützt bei der Vor-, Zu- und Nachbereitung der Gerichte. Die Rezepte werden anschließend online zur Verfügung gestellt.
Eine super Erfahrung, wir würden den Kochkurs jedem herzlich empfehlen!
