We offer one-day classes for those keen on discovering the art of wagashi-making, which encompasses Japanese sweets.

These classes are designed to acquaint you with the world of Japanese sweets-making, ensuring a delightful experience regardless of the perfection of your creations! You'll also delve into the history and cultural importance of mochi and Nerikiri Wagashi. You have the choice to select either Mochi Making, Nerikiri Wagashi, or a combination of both.

Following the session, you'll have the chance to enjoy your creations with a cup of tea or a bowl of Matcha tea. You also have the option to take your creations home in a box.

Menu

Mochi Making Class

• 2 pieces of Fruit Daifuku (Strawberry) 
• 2 skewers of Sanshoku dango (3 color) or Mitarashi dango (sweet soy sauce)
• Warabi mochi
• Green tea or Genmai tea

Note:

• Other fruits may be used when strawberries are not in season.

Schedule

• Step into the cooking class and meet with your instructor.
• Demonstration on preparing warabi mochi.
